
Stormwater is managed on-site through subtle grading and swales, mitigating basement moisture conditions while supporting infiltration and soil health. Site walls and level changes structure the landscape, creating distinct yet connected spaces that echo the home’s massing and scale.


Custom fire features are embedded within the landscape, most notably a fire pit within a basement light well that serves as a focal point for both upper and lower levels.









Existing mature trees—including a significant oak and a grove of birch—were preserved to inform the overall layout. The planting design combines native and climate-adapted species to support pollinators and provide year-round interest, utilizing layered zones to create habitat, privacy, and spatial depth.



Finally, the lighting is designed in accordance with DarkSky principles, reinforcing a cohesive and environmentally responsive approach.
