We developed a suite of complete concept renderings to ignite our clients’ imaginations and help them visualize the possibilities. These quick sketch concepts reveal a luxurious flat just waiting to emerge from this blank steel and concrete shell. Kitchen, bathroom and storage functions are simplified and tucked into a central core or along the back wall, opening the main living space up to sweeping city views.
